We accept cash and all major credit cards. State sales tax will be charged when applicable.
Gift certificates are available for purchase in person or over the phone. Call or text (435) 210-1582 to purchase. Busy? Live out of town? No problem. We’re happy to mail your gift certificate to you or the recipient.
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge.
No shows are charged full price of appointment
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are charged 50% of price of appointment
Services begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other clients.
Please advise us of any health condition, allergies, or injury that could affect your service.
All service sales and gift certificate sales are final.
Retail items can only be returned if unused, in their original packaging and within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in store credit only and must be used the same day as the return.
Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. Conversations in the treatment room never leave the treatment room, nor do we share any client information. Health history forms and email lists are confidential.

Moab Esthetics is a single treatment room studio. We will always have a sign on the door indicating the status of a session or if we are open or closed. If there is a treatment in session when you arrive, please wait quietly until the appointment has ended. We welcome you to relax on our shaded porch and have a cold water from the mini fridge.
Street parking is available in front of the studio.
